Jpeg K This poor quality photo is interesting in that it shows an elderly Southern White Thai, (Tai Mai Chau), woman wearing the traditional everyday white headcloth left un-dyed which is now infrequently worn. She is wearing a skirt with a black (or indigo) body and without a hem piece. With this she is wearing a black blouse with slim arms in the older fashion rather than a modern style blouse from commercial cloth. Mai Chau District in Hoa Binh Province but near the border with the north-western part of Thanh Hoa Province in north west Vietnam. 9510A09.JPG
