Hello,

I've recently begun building a website to showcase a variety of Tboli arts - with a focus on textiles. The work has just begun and regular updates are being made, but the site is live and contains several pages of textiles for viewing. The pages are image heavy and take a few seconds to fully download so be patient. Also, please be sure to click on the thumbnails.

You can view the site at - http://www.tboliarts.com

The collection and the site are a work in progress, but I hope you'll enjoy what's there and visit again to see what's new.

Thank you.

Congratulations and all the best with your endeavours with this T'boli information website!

At the moment I am having some problems reading the full width of the website - the left hand side is being chopped off and I cannot 'slide' the screen over to the left to see what is missing. I am unable to think what is causing this.

I have moved this thread to the section of the forum which gives information on websites: 'Museums, Exhibitions, Events, Courses, Galleries and Websites' although I have left a 'shadow' post on the General section of the forum so it can still be found there.

All the best with the website!

Hi Pamela (and everyone else as well),

Pamela, thanks for letting me know about the website formatting issue. I'm far from a web designer and I'm sure it's going to give me more problems at every turn. However, I think I fixed the problem you mentioned. I "thinned" the pages a bit and I'm told it looks better. Please take a look when you have a chance and let me know if it worked. After first pulling up the site, please be sure to hit the refresh button to be sure you're viewing the updated version of the site.

Lots more to do, but I hope you enjoy it so far.

Thanks again,
Craig

Hi Craig,

It is a bit better but content still gets chopped off for me on the left hand side of the page and I still cannot slide the page to see it. Generally it does not want to allow me to resize at all. I tried to have a look at the underlying page content but was such a mass of text I couldn't decipher anything. I don't know what web authoring software you are using but it does not seem to give flexibility.

Good luck,
