There is an exceptional exhibition in the Musée du Quai Branly, in Paris. ESTHETIQUES DE L'AMOUR.
This exhibition is about the productions of peoples of edges of the AMOUR river in Siberia. Most of the pieces are clothes and bags made from fish skins (salmons, carps, sturgeons...), with exquisite painted decorations....I think this is the best major exhibition about those kinds of clothings, a must to see exhibition. Very good catalog.
The indigo exhibition in Clermont continues with good succes. This exhibition will be travelling next year to NIMES (city at the origin of denim weavings...). I ll send you precisions about this new exhibition in Nimes.
