A similar jacket is shown on 'Clothing and Ornaments of China's Miao People' p.71. The counted stitch embroidery is exquisite.
The skirt accompanying this jacket from the same woman is similar to that shown. However, it is a little misleading for several of these short densely pleated skirts are worn simultaneously. This is clearly shown in the accompanying image taken from phenomenal publication 'Miao Costumes of Southeast Guizhou. Illustrated Research Directory' p.315, which also shows the characteristic 'square collar'. I include images of the front, back and also side vent detail here.
