Miao Zu / China It is just too small a photo with nowhere near enough detail to tell if it might be Miao from the Kaili county and Taijiang county of Guizhou sometimes known as 'Dazi' designs (see page 54 of 'Clothing and Ornaments of China's Miao People'. It may be a differnt embroidery technique (and a different group) that just looks similar when the photo is so small.
